She has given 7+ years in senior leadership positions, developing personnel, culture, and integration strategies at all levels of management and organizations.

Mr. Deepak Varma
Head- IT & Infrastructure

Mr. Deepak Verma possesses a PGDCA in Strategy Management from IIM Nagpur 2022. Having previously worked with Tata Motors Finance Ltd as a Head-IT, Mr. Verma has an experience of 26 years in IT sector, specializing in Core Data Centre Operation Management, End User Management, Network Operation Management, Service Desk Management, IT Operation, IT Governance, Compliance, Security Management, Risk and Audit. He also comes with a great exposure in Company Business Process and Development, Upgrade, maintenance of ERP system.

Vishal Bhan
VP- Sales and Collection

Mr. Vishal Bhan is a Business Development veteran with an extensive work experience of over 20 years. He specializes in setting up new product lines, particularly for retail assets. His core competence lies in developing business through channel partners and direct team. He takes care of a wide range of areas including sales, collections, legal and execution proceedings.

Mr. Pintu Kumar Singh is a proficient Chartered Accountant with a track record of working on Finance & Accounts, Fund-raising, Internal Audit, Governance Risk and Internal Control, as well as Forensic Investigation. A professional in his field, having previously worked for prominent organizations like EY and Mazars, he holds more than 9 years of broad experience working with businesses in different regions of India, while offering advice on how to strengthen internal controls, manage finances and accounts, raise funds for start-ups, and so.

Mr. Nishchall Rohilla
Assistant Vice President - Risk & Audit (SFSPL & SHFL)

Mr. Nishchal Rohilla possesses an experience of 14 years in the areas of Internal Audits, Operations Management and Customer Relationship Management, majorly within the banking & NBFC sector. He is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Standard from BSI Group (London). He is extremely proficient in managing banking operations related to Retail Banking, Asset Loans (SME, Home & Mortgage), and Micro Finance Funding, commercial card, reconciliation, and documentation. With major expertise in managing Audit Plans, Fraud Investigation, Special Audits, back office operations, and resolving Audit queries, Mr. Rohilla is an excellent communicator with a knack for team building and relationship management.

MR. Rajiv Gopinathan
Assistant Vice President- Operations & Credit

He manages the entire Operations and Credit for the SAVE Financial Services Pvt Ltd. He is having 15+ years of experience in retail banking operations & credit and risk assessment. Also, he has experience in entire gamut of retail banking & operations inclusive of financial analysis. Proficient in credit administration, pre & post sanction audits, credit appraisals, risk analysis and verification of documents, sanction and disbursement of loans. Directly involved in the training program to the officers and managers to sensitize the worth of credit policies and parameters: pre-sanction and post sanction audit of credit & collection process is one of his primary responsibilities.

Mr. Sourav Kumar
VP- Credit and Operations, SFSPL

Possessing an overall experience of around 12+ years in Banking & NBFC sector, Mr. Sourav Kumar specializes in Credit Underwriting, Risk Evaluation, Policy Execution, Cost Management, Risk Mitigation, Financial Statement Analysis and Portfolio Management. He has been instrumental in building the credit function in his past assignments.He has completed his PGDM in Finance and Marketing from EMPI Business School, 2011.Earlier in his career, he was associated with organizations like Capital India Home loans Ltd, Hero Fincorp Ltd & Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
